The Work:
Serves as Senior Business Process Architect specializing in Oracle Federal Financials, driving business process requirements, reengineering initiatives, and financial system transformation. Leads Conference Room Pilots (CRP), facilitates stakeholder discussions, and ensures alignment of Oracle Financials modules with mission, compliance, and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives across financial workflows.
- Facilitate and manage Conference Room Pilots (CRP) with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop and refine business process requirements for Oracle Financials modules.
- Manage and deliver complex financial projects within Oracle E‑Business Suite environments.
- Collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Provide analytical insight, decision support, and problem‑solving expertise for financial operations.
Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Process Architect or Business Process Requirements lead with Oracle Financials modules
- Expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Conference Room Pilots (CRP), with the ability to facilitate and lead discussions around these processes
- Strong understanding of Oracle E‑Business Suite
- Proven experience delivering complex financial projects
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels.
Bonus Points If:
- Certification in Oracle applications.
- Experience with Oracle ERP implementations or transformations.
- Expert level in Stakeholder Communications and Advanced level in Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex financial projects, preferably within Oracle environments
