Summary
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS): set up resources, work zones, scheduling/routing rules, and business workflows, and build integrations with Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud. Onsite role across Hyderabad, Chennai, or Bengaluru for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure OFS resources, users, work zones, work skills, and resource calendars.
- Manage activity management, routing, scheduling, and dispatching processes.
- Configure business rules, workflows, and screen layouts.
- Work on capacity management and resource optimization.
- Configure and support Oracle Field Service routing and mobility features.
- Develop and maintain integrations between OFS and Oracle Fusion applications.
- Work with REST APIs, SOAP web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Support data migration, interface development, and data validation.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
- Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documents, and user guides.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.Role & responsibilities
