As an Oracle Finance Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, focusing on delivering exceptional business application consulting services. As a Manager, you will guide teams in developing and implementing Oracle Finance solutions, leveraging your strategic planning and mentoring skills to inspire and motivate your team. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, confirming project success, and maintaining the standards expected within our practice.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, helping them navigate complex financial systems and processes. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our client engagements and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle Finance transformation initiatives and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of finance technology projects
- Utilizing technical proficiency in Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to enhance financial reporting and analysis
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address finance process improvement opportunities
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable financial management solutions using Oracle tools
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across finance transformation teams
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decisions
- Managing finance transformation projects with a focus on process improvement
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and regulatory compliance
- Leading teams in delivering finance technology solutions for clients
Additional Details
- Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
- Work Location: BGC, Taguig
- Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
