Duration – 9-12 months

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP Security Consultant with deep expertise in role-based access control and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

This role requires end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion ERP security, combined with at least one additional capability in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Risk & Controls (RMC), or Cloud Security (OCI/PaaS).

The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner, not an architect, who can actively configure, implement, and support security across ERP and integrated environments.

Must-Have Skills

Core ERP Security (MANDATORY)

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM Security

Configuration of:

• Job roles
• Duty roles
• Data roles
• Security profiles
• Strong experience with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• Hands-on Segregation of Duties (SoD):
• SoD rule creation
• Conflict analysis
• Remediation
• Implementation Experience-At least one full lifecycle implementation (design → build → UAT → go-live)
• Experience configuring security directly in Oracle Fusion

SoD (CRITICAL / TABLE STAKES)

• Must have designed and implemented SoD controls
• Ability to apply SoD across:

• ERP roles
• IAM / Cloud roles (preferred)

Secondary Skill (AT LEAST ONE REQUIRED)

Option A: IAM / Identity Integration

• Experience with tools like:
• SailPoint
• Okta / Azure AD (less preferred but acceptable)
• SSO integration
• User provisioning & lifecycle management
• Identity migrations

Option B: Cloud Security (OCI / PaaS)

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• PaaS security (OIC, integrations, etc.)
• IAM within OCI
• Cloud security policies and access controls
