Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant (Manager)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business programs

• With at least 8-10 years of Oracle Fusion experience

• Background in Oracle Financials and/or Oracle Hyperion Financial Management

• End-to-end implementation experience

• Experience in leading teams and stakeholder management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead finance transformation and system improvement projects.

• Manage the planning and delivery of finance technology initiatives.

• Clarify, align and meet client demands and expectations.

• Demonstrate expertise on Oracle Financials and HFM to support financial reporting and analysis.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address finance process improvement opportunities.

• Develop and oversee the deployment of scalable financial management solutions using Oracle tools.

• Promote the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across finance transformation teams.

• Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within financial systems.

• Identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving business performance.
