Oracle Fusion Financials ERP Lead

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, global technology transformation programmes.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials ERP systems.
• Exceptional programme management skills, including budget management and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage a global team and operate in a highly complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience leading global solution design and development.
• Strong governance and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Effective planning and reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable operating at senior levels within a complex international organisation.

Responsibilities:

• We will establish and lead the global programme team, including defining resource requirements across participating entities.
• We will implement governance, controls, and reporting structures at both global and local levels.
• We will lead global solution design and development, driving convergence of finance processes and systems across diverse entity landscapes.
• We will oversee local configuration and implementation across all entities, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with the global design.
• We will develop and manage the integrated global programme plan, budget, benefits realisation, and key dependencies.
• We will partner with Directors across Technology, Finance, Transformation, and other key functions to deliver the change.
• We will ensure the Oracle configuration represents a genuine global standard while managing complexity arising from different system landscapes and operating models.
