Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant

Experience :

Minimum 5 - 7 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience.

Location :

Remote from India, supporting the KSA team during agreed business hours.

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support daily finance operations, develop financial reports and coordinate with internal departments, IT and ERP vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional support across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Fixed Assets.

- Resolve transaction and accounting issues, support reconciliations and ensure smooth month end closing.

- Develop and maintain finance reports using Smart View etc.

- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, IT and vendors to resolve system and integration issues.

- Maintain an issue tracker, follow up on timelines and validate fixes before closure.

- Recommend process improvements, test system changes, train users and prepare practical SOPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant Oracle Fusion Financials experience, including production support.

- Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting and reconciliations.

- Hands-on report development skills, including SQL and BI Publisher.

- Strong communication, troubleshooting and vendor coordination skills.

- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field.

Preferred :

Healthcare experience, HIS - ERP integration knowledge, exposure to KSA/GCC operations and Oracle Fusion certification.
