The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting secure access across Oracle Fusion HCM settings. Key Responsibilities Design and manage Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture . Configure Abstract Roles, Job Roles, Duty Roles, Data Roles, and Security Profiles . Manage RBAC, role provisioning, user access, and deprovisioning . Develop custom roles and security policies using Oracle Security Console . Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security governance. Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, IDCS, or Ping Identity. Work with SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect . Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, login, and access-related issues. Perform periodic access reviews, audits, and role recertification . Analyze Oracle HCM audit logs and security reports . Support security compliance requirements and internal/external audits. Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex security-related SRs. Prepare and maintain security design documents, role matrices, and security mapping documents . Work closely with HR, IAM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Oracle Cloud teams .
