Key Responsibilities

Functional

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops, fit/gap analysis, and solution design sessions for Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, Absence, and OTL modules.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules aligned with KSA labor law, GOSI, and end-of-service benefit regulations.
  • Design and document business processes, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, and test scripts.
  • Manage and execute UAT cycles, training sessions, and cutover activities during implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Provide post-go-live functional support and manage change requests, patches, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Support Talent Management and Recruitment modules configuration as needed (added advantage).

Technical

  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and time calculations — this is a MUST.
  • Build and maintain OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and Payroll stakeholders.
  • Perform data migrations and ongoing data loads using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL.
  • Develop HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports for interfaces, payroll outputs, and compliance reporting.
  • Administer HCM security including data roles, job roles, duty roles, and security profiles.
  • Manage system configurations using Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and perform configuration across value sets, DFFs, EFFs, lookups, and UDTs.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience.
  • At least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects with module-lead ownership.
  • Proven experience with GCC Payroll configuration including GOSI, end-of-service calculations, and Saudi-specific localization.
  • Experience working in media, broadcasting, or news organizations is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Egypt / Global Core Payroll is a plus.
Language & Competencies
  • Arabic: Native or full professional fluency — MANDATORY. This role requires the ability to conduct workshops, deliver training, and support stakeholders in Arabic.
  • English: Professional working proficiency for documentation and Oracle support communication.
