Oracle Fusion HCM Support Consultant (Cantonese-speaking)
Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 12,000 per month
About the role
N3xtech Solutions is an Oracle-focused enterprise digital transformation partner delivering ERP, cloud and application managed services across Malaysia and the wider APAC region. We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Support Consultant to provide Level 2/3 functional support to enterprise clients under an Application Managed Services (AMS) model. A key part of this role is supporting Cantonese-speaking business users, so professional fluency in Cantonese is mandatory. This is a client-facing role suited to a consultant who enjoys steady-state support work — troubleshooting, small enhancements, quarterly update readiness — rather than pure greenfield implementation.
Key responsibilities
Act as the primary functional support contact for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM users; log, triage, investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and propose permanent fixes or process improvements.
Configure and maintain HCM modules: workforce structures, approval rules (BPM), flexfields, value sets, security roles and data access.
Support Oracle's quarterly release updates — impact assessment, regression testing, communication of new features to client stakeholders.
Build and maintain data loads (HDL/HSDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI/BI Publisher reports.
Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support through to closure, including escalations.
Prepare and maintain support documentation, run books, configuration workbooks and knowledge-base articles.
Conduct user training and knowledge-transfer sessions in Cantonese and English.
Participate in the on-call / standby roster for critical issues, including occasional payroll-cycle support outside standard hours.
About you
Minimum 3–5 years hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (implementation and/or support)
At least 2 full-cycle implementations or 2+ years in a dedicated Fusion HCM support/AMS role
Strong functional depth in Core HR plus at least two of: Absence Management, Payroll, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting (ORC), Compensation, Benefits
HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI / BI Publisher, Approval/BPM workflow, Security Console role configuration
Proven experience raising and driving Oracle SRs to resolution
Professional fluency in Cantonese (spoken) — mandatory.
Fluent written and spoken English — mandatory.
Confident dealing directly with HR and business stakeholders; structured problem-solver; able to work independently across time zones
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
