Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Architect (Only Visa Independent Candidate/W2)

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-go-live assessment, troubleshoot production issues, and prioritize fixes and enhancements across Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Learning.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to improve HCM processes and design and maintain configurations, workflows, approvals, and security.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and BI Publisher reports.
• Build and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Manage data loads using HDL and HSDL.
• Design and administer HCM security roles and hierarchies, enforce least-privilege access, and support security governance.
• Support quarterly Oracle releases, regression testing, environment management, and production support. Improve data governance and workforce reporting.

Required experience

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including significant hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Direct ownership of post-implementation assessment, root-cause analysis, and stabilization of a live Oracle Fusion HCM environment.
• Hands-on expertise with OIC, REST/SOAP integrations, Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, and HCM security administration.
• Strong requirements-gathering and communication skills. Must be comfortable advising HR leadership and nontechnical users and independently leading technical work through resolution.
