This organisation is embarking on a significant enterprise transformation programme and is preparing to implement Oracle Fusion as its future-state ERP platform. As they transition from legacy systems, they are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Product Owner to help shape the product vision, drive business readiness, and ensure the successful delivery of the Oracle Fusion programme.

As the Oracle Fusion Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and adoption of Oracle Fusion across the organisation. Acting as the voice of the business, you will define product priorities, manage the delivery roadmap, and collaborate closely with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and project teams.
Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and prioritising the Oracle Fusion product backlog throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Defining business requirements and translating them into actionable user stories
• Driving product decisions across Oracle Fusion modules and business processes
• Working closely with system integrators and implementation partners to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Leading stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and user adoption activities
• Supporting testing, release planning, and transition to business-as-usual operations

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Functional Lead, or Senior Business Analyst on large ERP Oracle Fusion transformation programmes
• Previous experience delivering or implementing Oracle Fusion ERP, Projects, Services and Financials solutions
• Strong understanding of business process transformation and enterprise application delivery
• Experience working alongside system integrators, implementation partners, and cross-functional business teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong Agile delivery experience with the ability to balance strategic priorities and project delivery outcomes
