Key Responsibilities
- Program Governance: Lead multi-phase Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations from discovery through post-go-live support. Establish governance structures, steering committees, and status reporting frameworks.
- Resource & Financial Oversight: Control project budget, forecast expenses, and optimize resource allocation across functional, technical, change management, and testing tracks.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify technical bottlenecks (data migration, complex integrations, custom extensions) and business risks early; drive resolution paths to avoid project slippage.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, business unit leaders, and technical leads to manage scope change requests and align expectations.
- Cutover & Readiness: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), organizational change management (OCM), data readiness, cutover execution, and hypercare transitions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 15+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations, with at least 3+ years managing full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments.
- Certifications: PMP or PgMP preferred; Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are a strong plus.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Architecture, Business Process Flows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report), OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and data conversion methodologies.
- Skills: Strong vendor negotiation, executive communication, change leadership, and Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodology delivery.
