Oracle Fusion QA Lead – Requirement Summary

Experience: 10+ years overall QA, with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP testing

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years QA experience; 7+ years in Oracle Fusion ERP testing
  

• Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, FAH
  

• Working knowledge of EPM (FCCS/EPBCS)
  

• Integration testing: OIC, ODI, FDI, ADW, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI processes
  

• Strong SQL for data validation & reconciliation
  

• Test cycle management: SIT, UAT, regression, parallel testing, cutover validation
  

• Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, EPM reporting
  

• Tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, SNOW (defect management, traceability matrix)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, scripts, scenarios for functional, integration, regression, performance, UAT
  

• Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, and migration teams across PTP, OTC, RTR, consolidation processes
  

• Validate end‑to‑end ERP flows and EPM data integrations
  

• Manage defect lifecycle (triage, prioritization, resolution)
  

• Support quarterly Oracle updates, regression certification, and release management
  

• Lead offshore/onshore testers, enforce governance, and ensure adherence to QA standards
  

• Oversee UAT readiness, business training, and pre‑go‑live validation workshops
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  

• 10–15 years QA experience, with 7+ years Oracle Fusion ERP testing
  

• Strong ERP process knowledge: PTP, OTC, RTR, consolidations, reporting
  

• Hands‑on with integration testing (OIC, ODI, FDI, ADW, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI)
  

• Experience managing large multi‑region test programs
