Oracle Fusion Solution Architect / Process Champion - Source-to-Pay (S2P)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the end-to-end S2P solution design across Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Procurement Contracts, Payables, Expenses and Payments.

Lead requirements and fit-gap workshops; translate current EBS procure-to-pay processes into a clean Fusion target operating model.

Drive the EBS-to-Fusion transformation for procurement and AP —including supplier, purchase order, agreement, and open-invoice data migration strategy and reconciliation.

Configure Singapore localization and multi-country / multi-org configurations, including GST, withholding tax, e-invoicing and multi-currency handling.

Design supplier onboarding, sourcing events, and contract-to-PO flows, plus integration touchpoints (e.g., OIC, B2B / e-invoicing networks, bank payment files).

Lead SIT and UAT, defect triage, cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare for the S2P track.

Mentor and enable client-side process champions and key users to sustain the solution after go-live.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVE)

● 10+ years of Oracle applications experience with deep, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables.

● Multiple full-lifecycle Fusion Cloud implementations as Solution Architect / functional lead for the S2P / procurement track.

● Proven Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration / transformation experience (not greenfield-only).

● Has led at least one implementation on the ground in Singapore, on-site with the client.

● Hands-on Singapore localization experience plus multi-country /multi-org rollout experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

● Experience in the Equipment Manufacturing and/or Semiconductor industry.

● Singapore e-invoicing experience (Invoice Now / Peppol) and IRASGST configuration.

● Strength in Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification Management and sourcing strategy.

● Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI / BI Publisher reporting, and approval workflow (BPM) design.

● Relevant Oracle Cloud Procurement certifications.
