Oracle Fusion Tech Consultant (Manager)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related programs

• With at least 8-10 years of Oracle Cloud experience

• Expertise in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and API integrations.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), cloud migrations, and enterprise cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in Oracle database technologies, PL/SQL, SQL tuning, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and developing RICEFW components (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, Fast Formulas, Workflows).
• Knowledge of Oracle reporting and analytics tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, DevOps, and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Experience in leading teams and stakeholder management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of Oracle technologies and enterprise solutions to drive operational excellence and business value.
• Oversee client engagement, technical support, and user enablement activities to ensure successful adoption and optimization of Oracle applications.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable Oracle-based solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to project teams, fostering innovation and delivering high-quality solutions across Oracle platforms.
• Leverage Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related technologies to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive process automation, data integration, and analytics capabilities through Oracle Integration, Business Intelligence, and reporting solutions.
• Mentor and develop technical consultants, promoting continuous learning, performance excellence, and career growth.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, navigate complex discussions, and resolve project challenges while maintaining strong delivery governance.
• Oversee project planning, resource management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and execution to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
