Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Consultant to provide L2/L3 production support, administration, and enhancement services for Oracle GRC solutions deployed within Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. The consultant will be responsible for managing application security, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, access governance, compliance monitoring, audit support, incident resolution, and continuous process improvement in a global support model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle GRC applications and related security processes.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support Oracle GRC modules, including:
  
• Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
• Transaction Controls Governor (TCG)
• Preventive Controls Advisor (PCA)
• Risk Management Cloud
• Access Certification
• Perform user access reviews, role analysis, SoD conflict assessments, and mitigation management.
• Support provisioning and deprovisioning activities in collaboration with business and security teams.
• Manage security roles, privileges, duty roles, and access governance processes within Oracle Fusion.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management and product-related issues.
• Support quarterly Oracle patch testing, validation, and release management activities.
• Prepare operational documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and support runbooks.
• Support internal and external audits, SOX compliance activities, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and control optimization.
