Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with expertise in Core HR and Oracle Fusion HCM. This role requires a techno-functional approach, combining technical skills with functional knowledge to deliver effective HCM solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, providing tailored Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. - Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices. - Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the functionality and performance of HCM solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new system. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications. - Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and enhancements, advising clients on potential improvements. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Oracle Fusion HCM. - Experience with technical aspects of HCM Cloud implementations. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with benefits administration and learning management systems is a plus.
