Job Description – Fast Formula Developer (OTL & Payroll)
Role: Fast Formula Developer – Oracle OTL & Payroll
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fast Formula development
- Proven expertise in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) formula development and configuration
- Solid experience developing and customizing Payroll formulas (earnings, deductions, balances)
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing Fast Formulas for performance and accuracy
- Good understanding of payroll processing cycles and time/attendance rules
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly in a client-facing environment
