Job SummarySenior Consultant - Oracle responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR and Saudi Arabia Payroll (Functional) solutions for clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years. The role focuses on delivering high-quality HCM and payroll solutions aligned with business requirements, local regulatory needs, and best practices for Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR (Functional) and Saudi Arabia Payroll (Functional).
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Core HR and payroll processes, ensuring alignment with Saudi Arabia statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules including workforce structures, person management, employment, and related HR processes.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM Saudi Arabia Payroll including payroll elements, balances, formulas, statutory rules, and payroll runs specific to KSA.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Core HR and payroll functionalities.
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading for Core HR and payroll data.
- Collaborate with clients to design and optimize HR and payroll processes leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.
- Provide functional guidance and best practices on Core HR and Saudi Arabia Payroll to business stakeholders and project teams.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions for Core HR and payroll-related incidents.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions for HR and payroll teams on Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Saudi Arabia Payroll modules.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions related to HCM and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia labor laws, social insurance, and statutory payroll reporting requirements within the Oracle Fusion solution.
- Support post-go-live stabilization, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives for HCM and payroll processes.
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, status reporting, and risk/issue management as a senior functional consultant.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Oracle HCM practice.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes, especially within Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion HCM functional configurations and solutions.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate clearly.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving deliverables to completion.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs, project environments, and Oracle Fusion HCM updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR and Saudi Arabia Payroll implementations or support.
- Hands-on experience configuring Core HR structures, person management, employment, and related HR processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring Saudi Arabia Payroll including elements, payroll definitions, statutory rules, and compliance-related setups.
- Experience with end-to-end HCM implementation lifecycle including requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM security, roles, and approval workflows is an advantage.
- Experience working with integrations, reports, and data migration in Oracle Fusion HCM is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR and/or Payroll) are an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
