Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant

The Senior Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Payroll solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud environments. This role focuses on payroll processing, employee withholding management, payroll integrations, and ensuring accurate payroll calculations and compliance.

A key aspect of the role is working with Fidelity payroll feedback files and integrating withholding, deduction, and retirement contribution information into the Oracle Payroll system. Candidates with strong Oracle Payroll expertise who can manage payroll data integrations and withholding processes are also highly preferred, even if direct Fidelity experience is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Payroll modules.
• Manage payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Integrate and process Fidelity payroll feedback files within Oracle Payroll.
• Configure employee withholding, deductions, benefits, and retirement contribution calculations.
• Analyze payroll requirements and translate them into Oracle Payroll solutions.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve data discrepancies.
• Work with HR, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate payroll operations.
• Perform payroll testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure payroll compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support payroll reporting, audits, and year-end processing activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle Payroll experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Experience implementing and supporting payroll integrations.
• Expertise in payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and withholdings.
• Strong understanding of payroll data conversion and reconciliation.
• Experience with Oracle Payroll configurations and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
