Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Core Developer / Technical Lead

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in IAM development, customization, administration and enterprise application integrations.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in OIM 11gR2 / 12c, Java/J2EE, ADF, custom connectors, event handlers and SOA workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize and administer Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• Design and develop OIM Event Handlers, Custom Connectors and Scheduled Jobs.
• Configure and customize SOA workflows and approval processes.
• Implement identity provisioning, de-provisioning and reconciliation.
• Integrate OIM with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, databases, cloud applications and enterprise systems.
• Develop and customize OIM components using Java, J2EE and Oracle ADF.
• Work on OIM architecture, troubleshooting, performance optimization and production support.
• Lead technical teams and deliver complex IAM implementation projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
