About the Role:

We are conducting a Virtual Mega Recruitment Drive on Thursday, November 5, 2026, for experienced Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) Technical Developers. You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and deploying high-volume revenue management solutions, as well as leading critical data migration and batch conversion workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical customizations and extensions for Oracle ORMB, PSRM, or ETPM platforms (especially within public sector implementations).
• Create comprehensive technical specification documents based on functional requirements.
• Develop scripts for data extraction and conversion batch processes, working closely with functional teams and business analysts to resolve data migration dependencies.
• Manage end-to-end ORMB/PSRM build, optimization, debugging, and deployment processes across multiple environments.

Required Technical Skills:

• Product Expertise: 5–8 years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle ORMB, Oracle PSRM, or Oracle ETPM.
• Framework: Strong command of OUAF (Oracle Utilities Applications Framework).
• Programming: Core Java/J2EE (EJB, JMS), PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Integrations & Web: Web Services, Oracle SOA Suite, OPA (Oracle Policy Automation), XML/XSL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
