As an Oracle PPM - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, which includes managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client needs to develop and implement tailored Oracle Finance solutions
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client objectives
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights
- Developing and deploying scalable financial reporting and analysis solutions using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Validating compliance with regulatory authority requirements and financial reporting standards
- Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and digital tools to enhance service delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support seamless integration and utilization of business applications

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify financial trends and opportunities
- Excelling in strategic planning and execution for finance transformation projects
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance client service delivery
- Mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and performance
