Oracle Project Manager-PRM QP

Summary

Manages Oracle ERP implementation and process improvements for a manufacturing plant, bridging business needs with IT teams to standardize systems and drive automation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Collaborates with functional leaders to identify areas of improvements for business processes and systems in Qingpu plant.

  • Aligns process improvements priorities, develop programs for implementation, track and report programs performance.track and report programs performance.

  • Manages oracle ERP implementation and its ongoing gaps analyses and interfaces for efficiency.

  • Supports on work with relevant SAP IT teams for needed requirements.

  • Standardizes and streamlines processes and systems in Qingpu plant.

  • Provides leadership and support factory business system team.

  • Responsible for automation and new system development, a point of contact for internal requestors and external vendors.

  • Acts as a bridge between business users and IT/System developer.

  • Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself;reporting unsate work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/health at work, as needed,

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Degree in Management/Technology with at least 5years of relevant business process improvement in an industrial sales and manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work independently with strong project management in planning, execution and follow-up.

  • Good at IT budget planning and control

  • Familiar with Oracle, SAP and Business Intelligence tools.

  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills.

  • Willingness to explore and learn; hands-on to automate and develop is necessary.

  • Able to work under tight deadlines and capable of multi-tasking.

  • Flexibility to travel.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experienced to operate in a diversified multi-national company, matrix organization and regional network is highly preferred.
