oracle Recruiting Senior Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Oracle Recruiting Senior Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation projects.
2. Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
3. Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionalities, including:
   
• Job Requisitions and Requisition Templates
• Recruiting Types, Phases and States
• Candidate Selection Process (CSP)
• Candidate Profiles and Candidate Applications
• Career Sites and Candidate Experience
• Job Offers and Offer Approval Workflows
• Interview Scheduling and Questionnaires
• Talent Communities and Candidate Pools
• Recruiting Security and Role-Based Access

1. Configure recruitment workflows and approval rules.
2. Integrate Oracle Recruiting Cloud with Core HR / Global HR and other HCM modules.
3. Support onboarding and new-hire lifecycle processes.
4. Prepare functional design documents (MD050/MD070, where applicable).
5. Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
6. Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities.
7. Provide end-user training and production support.
