Terms and Conditions
1.Contract Period - an option up to 63 months in total
2.Place of Employment- Israel
3.Probation Period- Ninety (90) calendar days from arrival at worksite
4.Working Hours and Days- Base salary for 182 hr
5.Transportation - Provided by Company
6.Weekly leave - As per local Labor law
7.Air Ticket- The responsibility lies with the ground services company in Israel and in any case, not at the employee's expense
8.Accommodation - At the Company's expense, less any deductions permitted under Israeli law
9.Food -By candidate
10.Death event - Provision regarding handling and transportation of the dead body of the candidate-As per Local Labor Law
11.Mode of settlement of disputes-As per Local Labor Law
12.Social Security provisions including compensation for injury & and death -As per Local Labor law
13.Pension fund -As per Local Labor law
14.Insurance -Health and workers' compensation insurance at the Company's expense, subject to the employee's
