- Handle enquiries, generate quotations, pro-form invoices, sales order and customer claims.
- In charge of open quotations and order backlog management.
- Follow up and track and all open quotations in CRM /Excel.
- Process orders by converting approved quotes into sales orders in ERP
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and sales to facilitate deliveries.
- Responsible for order expediting & feedback to customer.
- Liaise between Global Parts team - NIL and West Africa dealers on all enquiries and quotations.
