Order Management Associate (East) - MNC - Contract

• Process new orders and order amendments within established service level agreements (SLAs) using the SAP Order Management System.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with the Order Management team to drive process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and automation opportunities through tools such as AI and RPA.
• Develop a strong understanding of order pricing structures and apply this knowledge to conduct initial pricing issue analysis, working closely with Account Managers, Pricing Teams, and Sales representatives to resolve discrepancies.
• Create, maintain, and manage customer business partner records, as well as customer-specific parameters and system configurations within SAP.
• Proactively investigate and resolve order holds to ensure timely shipment according to customer delivery requirements and support the achievement of quarter-end revenue objectives.
• Identify and analyze customer order data discrepancies across systems, perform preliminary investigations, and escalate complex issues to management and IT teams for further resolution when required.
• Utilize reports and dashboards to monitor and validate the accurate execution of Order Management processes.
• Collaborate effectively with Order Management teams supporting customers across North America, Asia, and Europe to ensure seamless global order processing and customer service.
