Summary
Processes and tracks hardware orders, verifies customer details, and handles delivery inquiries in a trading company.
Salary:
Up to S$3,200 + 13 Month Bonus + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment
Location:
Bishan, Singapore
Working Hours:
5 days work week | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including receiving, verifying, and entering customer orders accurately into the system .
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding delivery arrangements, shipment status, and related inquiries;
- Support daily operations with various ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Secondary School / ITE or higher.
- 1 year of relevant working experience in order processing or customer service roles.
