Order Project Engineer - BOM management , SAP

Processing of Customer Engineering Requests (CERs)

• Monitors the input, registration, forwarding and defined throughput time of CER's
• Creates the pricing for CER's based on specifications of the product line and answers the CER
• Issues the CER quote and directs it within 24 hrs of receiving the information to the CER applicant
• Performs for CER's relevant statistics and analysis

Technical coordination of customer orders

• Creates the machine files (internal order documentation) for IMO's (InternalMachineOrders), machine and module orders
• Execution of Change Orders
• Creates the necessary software licenses using the internal software tool "Option Manager" in accordance with customer orders

General

• Handling of IMOs according to the defined process
• Lead customer projects
• Deputy role within the department

Education

• Diploma in engineering
• Commercial education advantageous

Work experience

• Several years of experience in an international, customer-oriented environment
• Experience in pricing definition and issuing quotations

Expertise and methodology

(Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.)

• Technical and methodological expertise
• Good user knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of PLM (Agile of Oracle)
• Good / very good technical understanding, good product knowledge
• Very good knowledge of the company's internal processes
