Order Selector & Picker

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurately selecting, picking, and organizing orders for distribution
• Meet established productivity standards of 100 cases per hour upon completion of the training period
• Maintain a zero-error environment by minimizing shorts, mispicks, and weight discrepancies
• Perform all picking activities in accordance with WMS best practices, including scanning product barcodes and carton weight labels
• Handle products with care to prevent damage during picking and pallet-building processes
• Develop product knowledge to support troubleshooting and operational efficiency
• Gain proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Learn and adhere to ISO standards and 7S Lean practices
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with billing staff and management
• Cross train in various warehouse functions to support operational needs
• Follow all safety procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment such as safety vests and safety shoes
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
