Order Taker Cashier

Position Summary: Provide exceptional in-suite dining service by assisting guests with room service orders and amenities, ensuring accurate order processing, timely dispatch, and a seamless guest experience in accordance with departmental standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and manage in-suite dining orders accurately and efficiently.

• Answer guest calls promptly and provide exceptional customer service.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverages, and hotel facilities.

• Coordinate and dispatch orders according to service standards and delivery times.

• Prepare checks, maintain order logs, and complete daily reports.

• Communicate order updates and special requests to guests and team members.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Conduct guest follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and enhance the dining experience.

• Reconcile payments, tips, and gratuities at the end of each shift.

• Attend required training sessions, meetings, and daily line-ups.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and positive team environment.

• Support the efficient operation of the restaurant and work flexible shifts as business needs require.

• The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.
