Order to Cash Semi Senior Analyst

To support this mission, Syngenta’s Order to Cash team is seeking a Order to Cash Semi Senior Analyst in Montevideo, Uruguay. This role will support the delivery of Accounts Receivable management and reconciliation, month-end close activities, customer collections, credit application reviews, and the monitoring of blocked orders.
Accountabilities
- Prepare accurate customer aging reports, adding value through relevant analysis and clear insights.
- Provide clear and updated information about accounts receivables to stakeholders.
- Continual communication with internal teams concerning payment postings and bank reconciliations.
- Elaborate and present analysis on financial performance to key stakeholders.
- Connect regularly with customers and internal teams to Perform collection activities, align account applications and reconciliations.
- Embody a continuous improvement mindset through all accounts receivables processes.
- Comply and champion all requirements regarding internal and external controls, ensuring compliance across all processes.
- Perform month end close activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Credit Limits Review and Blocked Orders Monitoring.
Required
- Degree / Advance student of accountancy/administration.
- Previous experience of + 2 years in administrative positions.
- Experience in client portfolio management (managing overdue debt).
- English: intermediate level.
- SAP – medium level.
- Detail oriented and highly collaborative teamwork style.
- Capacity to work under pressure: comply with deadlines prioritizing tasks.
- Analytical behavior and capacity to establish good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
