The Role

As Organic Chemist in our growing R&D team, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and testing new molecules that power our next generation of products. You will:

  • Design and run organic synthesis and reaction development to create new compounds.
  • Build and optimize synthetic routes to improve yield, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Characterize compounds using tools such as NMR, HPLC, IR, mass spectrometry, and optical spectroscopy.
  • Work closely with scientists and product teams to move ideas from concept to prototype.
  • Analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings clearly to the team.
  • Troubleshoot synthesis, purification, and characterization challenges as they arise.
  • Keep up with new research and bring fresh ideas into ongoing projects.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in organic synthesis and wet lab work.
  • Strong practical skills in organic synthesis and purification techniques.
  • Experience using NMR, IR, HPLC, and mass spectrometry for compound analysis.
  • Solid understanding of reaction mechanisms and structure elucidation.
  • A problem-solver who enjoys experimenting, learning fast, and building things from scratch.
