By partnering with world-class Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing teams, we leverage cutting-edge tools and data-driven insights to deliver exceptional performance and measurable impact across major search engines and dynamic digital ecosystems
The Role
- Enhance the overall company performance focused on increasing market penetration through organic channels
- Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
- Take full ownership of decisions made in your business line
- Lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people.
- Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
Who You Are
- +6 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
- Proven experience in building trust to lead teams or key projects effectively
- Experience in demand generation through search engines is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplaces.
- You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy.
- Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines, departments and business cases
- Advanced English speaker. Other languages are a plus.
- Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker
