Responsibilities

Role Mission
Build the reusable change management blueprint for the CRM Unification Program: a scalable OCM framework that enables Germany and Poland to become template rollouts and equips the internal program team to lead future market deployments independently.

• Develop a repeatable OCM framework for future markets

• Apply and validate the framework through the Germany and Poland rollouts.

• Capture lessons learned and convert them into reusable methodologies, templates and best practices.

• Integrate existing training, adoption and reinforcement activities into a single end-to-end change approach. (work done by the Global Support Squad)

• Establish stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, readiness and adoption measurement practices.

• Transfer knowledge and coach the program team to independently lead future OCM activities.

Requirements

• Organisational Change Management experience.

• Proven experience in large-scale CRM, digital transformation or enterprise technology program.

• Ability to demonstrate AI-powered enhancements applied to own work flows in the last 12 months.

• Strong track record designing enterprise-wide change frameworks and multi-market deployment methodologies.

• Excellent executive stakeholder management, sponsor alignment and facilitation skills.

• Experience with change impact, readiness, adoption, communications and resistance management.

• Experience in decentralised, multinational or regulated environments is beneficial.

• Prosci or equivalent OCM certification preferred (ADKAR is the chosen OCM model) – nice to have.
