Organizational Change Manager

SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Important before you apply: This role is built on communication. You will be facilitating change workshops, coaching senior leaders, and presenting impact assessments to US-based executives — all in English. We are not looking for translation fluency. We are looking for professionals who think, persuade, and connect in English instinctively.

About the role We place senior OCM consultants with clients in financial services and technology who are navigating significant transformation — system implementations, operating model redesigns, mergers, and cultural shifts. The OCM lead is not a support role here. You will own the people side of change from strategy through adoption, and you will do it in front of people who are skeptical of change management until you make them believers.

What you'll do
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to program objectives
Lead stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations
Design and facilitate change champion networks, leadership alignment sessions, and employee town halls in English
Build and execute communication plans that are clear, timely, and audience-appropriate
Coach senior leaders and people managers on their role in driving adoption
Track adoption metrics and adjust strategy based on resistance signals and feedback
Work alongside PM leads to ensure change activities are integrated into the overall project plan

What we're looking for
8+ years of OCM experience with a focus on enterprise transformation in financial services or technology
Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent change management methodology expertise
Proven ability to facilitate executive-level sessions and navigate organizational politics — in English
Experience designing change communication strategies and employee-facing content for US-based audiences
Strong written English — you will be drafting communications, talking points, and executive briefs directly
Comfort working in ambiguity and influencing without authority
