Organizational Change Manager (ServiceNow SPM)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager with in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to support the successful adoption of a recently implemented platform. The role focuses on driving organizational change, increasing user engagement, improving business processes, and ensuring a smooth transition into day-to-day IT PMO operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, provide hands-on ServiceNow SPM expertise, create governance and training materials, and lead change management initiatives to maximize platform value and user adoption.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

• At least 5 years of experience in organizational change management and driving user adoption.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the stabilization and ongoing adoption of newly implemented ServiceNow SPM capabilities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify challenges, improvement opportunities, and adoption barriers following the platform implementation.

• Develop action plans to address process, reporting, configuration, data quality, and user adoption gaps.

• Prepare and maintain governance documentation, operating procedures, process documentation, and work instructions.

• Design and deliver training materials, user documentation, knowledge articles, and communication plans.

• Facilitate end-user training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Act as the ServiceNow SPM subject matter expert, providing day-to-day guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practice recommendations.

• Lead organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption across the user community.

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and handover to internal IT PMO teams before the end of the engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

• Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise-wide technology implementations.

• Ability to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced transformation environment.

• Good understanding of portfolio management, demand management, investment planning, financial management, and project management processes.

• Strong project management background with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
