The Transportation & Logistics division is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join its HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will work closely with HR and business leaders to deliver meaningful development programs, support talent and succession initiatives, leverage data to drive insights, and help build a strong, capable workforce across the division.

Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000

  • Support the design, delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of organizational development programs, tools, and frameworks across the division.
  • Support annual talent review and succession planning processes, including preparation of materials, tracking development plans, and identifying talent gaps.
  • Assist leaders and HR partners with practical development solutions that support employee growth and business needs.
  • Support change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including role clarity, team structure, accountability mapping, and workflow alignment.
  • Analyze employee, talent, engagement, and development data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and summaries to support leadership decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Adult Education, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of related experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, HR program coordination, or change management.
  • Knowledge of organizational development, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, change management, needs assessment, program coordination, and facilitation.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or complex operational environments is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, analytical, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • CPHR designation or working toward designation is considered an asset. Certification or coursework in Organizational Development, Change Management, Talent Management, or Leadership Development is also considered an asset.
