What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items to specification, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Assist in prepping ingredients and setting up stations, following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Collaborate with your kitchen team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
Monitor food stock and supplies, assisting with inventory management and minimizing waste.
Work efficiently to meet kitchen demands, ensuring orders are prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance as required.
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment.
A passion for cooking and creating consistently great dishes.
Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Ability to work well with a team and support others.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment and staying organized under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen.
Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to efficient service during high-volume peak periods.
