Originator and Structurer (Contract)

Glencore Singapore Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Glencore Plc. and engages in commodity trading, the Singapore office employs approximately 230 staff working from a single site.

We are seeking for someone who is self-motivated and driven to join our team.

• Design commercial structures, purchase, tolling, transportation, storage, regasification, and optimisation agreements.
• Support negotiations by analysing commercial trade-offs and recommending optimal contractual structures.
• Build and maintain valuation models for transactions and portfolio opportunities.
• Provide commercial insights to trading and origination teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify and assess market, credit, operational, contractual, and regulatory risks associated with structured transactions.
• Collaborate with Market Risk and Credit Risk teams to ensure transactions comply with risk limits and governance requirements.
• Recommend hedging strategies to mitigate commodity price, freight, FX, and basis risks.
• Other duties and responsibilities as the Company may see fit.
