ORION Electrical Test Engineer

Job Description:
Develop test plans, test procedures, and automated test scripts for system and subsystem-level electrical tests on the Orion spacecraft and test articles
Perform test procedure and test script checkout in the Orion Test Labs in Denver and Houston
Execute test procedures on current flight articles (Artemis II and Artemis III), the
Environmental Test Article (ETA), and future vehicles under Orion production
Collaborate with team members across the program including systems engineering, CPEs/RSEs, software, test labs, manufacturing, quality, and NASA
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other related degree and 2-4 years experience.
Must have hands-on electrical, computer or aerospace test experience
Willing to work extended hours, including 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, in support of test activities
Willing to travel
Desired Skills:
Fundamental knowledge of test engineering,operations, and processes
Experience writing test plans, test procedures, or technical documents
Experience in subsystem/system electrical integration and powered testing
Experience preparing for and executing spacecraft or system-level tests
Knowledge of the Orion spacecraft or experience on a production spacecraft program
Current or former Certified Test Conductor (CTC)
Experience with spacecraft commanding and telemetry monitoring software
Familiarity with electrical ground support equipment and test equipment
Experience using Automation Framework tools
