Orlando Remote Real Estate Investor Outreach & Sales Specialist
Capstone Connectors Orlando Remote Real Estate Investor Outreach & Sales Specialist
REMOTE SALES OPPORTUNITY — ORLANDO, FL
This fully remote sales role supports an Orlando-focused team serving real estate investors and professionals who may need access to hard-money and private-money funding resources for investment-property transactions.
The work centers on relationship-based outreach rather than high-volume call-center activity. You will research real estate operators, begin personalized conversations through social platforms, introduce qualified prospects to a private real estate funding and deal-flow community, and schedule short onboarding or triage calls for the team.
WHO YOU WILL CONNECT WITH
Prospects may include fix-and-flip investors, landlords, BRRRR investors, wholesalers, creative-finance operators, brokers, investor-friendly agents, real estate educators, coaches, and other professionals connected to investment real estate.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Find active investors and referral partners through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, investor communities, podcasts, groups, and related online channels
• Review prospects before reaching out so messages can be relevant and personalized
• Use approved scripts and authentic professional social profiles to start direct-message conversations
• Introduce qualified contacts to the private funding and deal-flow community
• Schedule appropriate prospects for short onboarding or triage calls
• Maintain accurate conversation notes and booking information in the designated lead tracker
• Conduct professional follow-up without using spammy or high-pressure tactics
• Participate in weekly setter coaching and accountability meetings
• Work toward established daily activity expectations and use recorded KPIs as a basis for coaching and improvement
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
After training, the minimum activity expectation is 30 fresh, personalized outbound messages per working day. Team members are also expected to accurately track conversations and appointments.
Once fully ramped, the performance target is 7–10 qualified appointments per week. Actual results can vary depending on individual skill, consistency, market conditions, account health, and lead quality.
Professional behavior and compliance with the rules of the platforms used for outreach are required throughout the role.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
You may be a strong fit if you:
• Communicate naturally and professionally in written English
• Are comfortable interacting with investors, business owners, and real estate professionals
• Can work independently while remaining reliable, consistent, and receptive to coaching
• Understand that sales results depend on disciplined daily activity and accountability
• Can research an individual prospect and create outreach that feels personal rather than mass-produced
• Maintain an authentic and professional Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn presence appropriate for business communication
• Have dependable internet access and can work with Zoom, Google Docs or Sheets, Messenger, and a CRM or lead-tracking system
• Can attend required weekly training sessions and team calls
• Are willing to learn the vocabulary used in private-money, hard-money, and real estate investor conversations
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE THAT CAN HELP
Previous experience is useful but not required in areas such as appointment setting, sales, recruiting, lead generation, social selling, real estate investing, lending, mortgages, wholesaling, property management, or financial services.
Familiarity with investor terminology such as ARV, LTV, LTC, rehab budget, bridge loan, fix and flip, BRRRR, DSCR, proof of funds, draw schedule, and exit strategy can also be helpful.
TRAINING AND TEAM SUPPORT
The hiring process includes a live group interview that explains the opportunity and its expectations. Training covers real estate investor targeting and social outreach, followed by weekly setter coaching that includes message review and campaign troubleshooting.
Team resources include scripts, FAQs, lead-sheet standards, and KPI tracking. Strong performers may have the opportunity to develop toward team leadership responsibilities.
COMPENSATION
Salary: $1,917 to $2,917 per week.
OUTREACH AND ETHICAL STANDARDS
All representatives are expected to communicate through truthful professional profiles and authentic identities. Impersonation, discriminatory outreach or recruiting, spam, unauthorized automation, misleading statements regarding funding, guaranteed approvals, invented financing terms, and collecting sensitive borrower information through unsecured direct messages are not permitted.
HOW TO APPLY
Submit a current resume and complete the screening questions. Applicants who meet the qualifications may be invited to a live group information session covering the compensation structure, daily responsibilities, training process, and next steps.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
Candidates are considered based on factors relevant to the work, including communication ability, reliability, professionalism, coachability, ethical judgment, availability, and performance-related qualifications. Applicants are not discriminated against based on a protected characteristic.
