At Pristera Orthodontics, we're passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles in a welcoming and patient-focused environment. We're looking for an experienced Orthodontic Dental Assistant who can step into a busy practice, work confidently alongside our orthodontist, and provide an exceptional experience for our patients.

What You'll Do

• Assist with orthodontic procedures and patient care
• Take records, radiographs, intraoral photos, impressions, and digital scans
• Assist with brackets, archwires, appliances, and treatment adjustments
• Educate patients on treatment and appliance care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and a clean, organized treatment area
• Help create a positive, efficient experience for patients and team members

What We're Looking For

• Current Washington Dental Assistant registration
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• 2+ years of orthodontic assisting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with brackets, wires, records, and orthodontic appliances
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
