OSP Design Engineer

Key responsibilities
Conduct site inspections, survey routes, and plan OSP fiber/cable pathways
Prepare detailed OSP network designs
Produce technical deliverables: schematics, drawings, shop drawings, BOQs and reports
Update AFC drawings, as-built documents, and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with CAD, Field Mapping, Build, Pre-Sales, SOC, and Procurement teams
Ensure design outputs meet quality, accuracy, and timeline requirements
Support the OSP Design Supervisor
what we're looking for:
Licensed ECE, EE, or CE preferred
Strong AutoCAD, GIS, and fiber network design skills
Familiarity with telecom standards
Attention to detail, coordination, and analytical skills
