Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Telecom Integration Architect to lead enterprise‑wide integration strategies and OSS/BSS transformation programs. The role involves defining integration roadmaps, applying TOGAF principles, and architecting end‑to‑end patterns across complex telecom ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals and cloud‑first initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement integration architecture roadmaps.

• Apply TOGAF framework for governance and transition states.

• Architect API‑first, event‑driven, microservices, and batch integration patterns.

• Lead design and integration of OSS/BSS platforms (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Inventory, Network Assurance).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of integration solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in IT/Software Architecture, including 5+ years as a Lead/Principal Integration Architect in telecom.

• Proven experience delivering OSS/BSS integrations and service activation pipelines.

• Strong knowledge of TOGAF principles (certification preferred).

• Expertise in RESTful APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.

• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native architectures, Kubernetes, Docker, and integration tools (MuleSoft, Apigee, AWS API Gateway, Azure Integration Services).

• Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (Frameworx, eTOM, SID, Open APIs).

Preferred Qualifications:

• TOGAF 9.x or 10 Certification.

• TM Forum Certified Professional.

• Cloud Architecture Certifications (AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
