OSS Integration Lead

Perform as an Integration Lead for projects impacting Telecommunications Operations Support Systems (OSS) systems. Candidate will assist the Buyer (AT&T SE) with architecture oversight of OSS integration for all project phases including Ideation, Scoping, Solutioning, Requirements, Development, Testing and Implementation. During the project lifecycle the candidate will also perform other agreed upon activities. Candidates must have a solid foundation in Telecommunications OSS applications and functionality, hands-on experience in software delivery and integration and a functional understanding of networking technology. Areas of expertise include:
• Knowledge of Ethernet and TDM networking,
• Knowledge of Software Defined Networks (SDN) and Virtualized Network Functions (VNF/NFV),
• Cloud Architecture,
• Telecommunications functions including: Qualification, Sales, Ordering, Provisioning, Testing, and Service Assurance.
Duties include, but not limited to:
• working with the business client sponsors to understand new services/features being requested,
• working with R&D and other organizations to determine project impacts,
• working with the project team to ensure requirements are complete and correct,
• working with IT delivery teams to ensure design completeness,
• leading resolution of changes and requirements gaps through testing and implementation
