Are you an experienced network professional with expertise in IT and OT infrastructure? We are looking for a Network Support Specialist to join a global technology team responsible for maintaining critical connectivity services across more than 50 countries.

- 8+ years of experience in network technology support within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Cisco Router/Switch, Cisco ACI, Juniper Routers, Checkpoint Firewall, DNS, F5.
- In-depth understanding of network topologies and protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Splunk, Sevone, NetScout, and Wireshark.
- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn new technologies and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE).
- Experience with network automation or Python scripting.
- Exposure to cloud networking environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
