Independence Rehab is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team at Orchard Park in Orem.

Whether you're a new grad or experienced OT looking for a PRN gig with clinical autonomy, this is a great place to grow and stay long-term.

We need help with evaluations for 2-3 days per week, 2-4 hours per shift.

What You'll Do

As the OT, you'll treat a geriatric population across SNF/Transitional Care Unit, including:

  • Functional ADL retraining and adaptive strategies
  • Transfer training (all levels)
  • Fall prevention and safety training
  • Treatment of clinically complex patients
  • Discharge planning and care coordination
  • Supervision of a COTA (as needed)
  • Collaboration with nursing, PT, ST, and facility staff

Requirements

  • Current Utah OT license in good standing
  • Degree from an accredited OT program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
  • Ability to supervise a COTA
  • SNF experience preferred - but not required.
